INFORMAL EDUCATION AND PUBLIC OUTREACH WORKSHOP 2006

This workshop was organized in order to discuss topics that are important to the informal education community focusing on the Solar Terrestrial Probes/Living With A Star sciences.  The workshop topics are of concern to the education and science community:

  • The diversity of the community that exists in science education.
  • Serving the underserved and under-represented communities.
  • Finding more efficient ways to support the formal and informal education connection.
  • Creating an active network of informal science educators to works with STP/LWS.
